A monkey with a condom on its head. It's Japanese condom packaging, featuring cutesy cartoon characters (in Japanese, with random English on the packages). I loved the koalas (fourth down). The second from the bottom is very disturbing. Note that almost all characters are wearing little reservoir-tip condom hats. (Via Charles Coleman "Hot Monkey Lovin'" Finlay, who's a good writer even though he uses LiveJournal, like a little girlie.)
